QUESTION: What % of the SWA group nets for birds?
Reinier
01:10:45
Neil, I am not netting.
Neil Friedlander
01:11:31
Excellent. Do you use the Falconer or some other method to avoid bird damage?
Reinier
01:12:27
No falconer, I have no bird issue. Yellowjackets only at harvest time.
Neil Friedlander
01:12:47
Thanks Reinier.

If the speaker stands near Greg's computer, we on Zoom can hear better. Thanks.

Is the only solution removal of the infected vines?
Bob
01:39:49
Yes if it is PD
Matt Daugherty
01:40:18
Yes. At this point there are no therapies for vines with PD

Take petioles at bloom for nutrient levels. If you still want to look at nutrient levels later in the season, you can tissue samples. Generally you will have results in a week or so. Gary at the store will hook you up with bags and will submit for you.

I get my sap analyses through John Kempf’s Advancing AgroEcology group. I get a beautiful results printout within 48 hours of receipt in their Oregon lab. Also get written & verbal recommendations from Kempf’s group. Very good service. Can’t speak to relative pricing as I don’t know the costs of others…

Sorry we lost audio. We carry the products at the store. Gary can fill you in, or get you literature. I too can help.

Since the zoom participants can barely hear about Kemin (and couldn't hear the latter part of the church garden presentation at all) will the video include captions or enhanced audio? or is there a written version of the Kemin presentation?
